LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "LOLA& YOU BY LOLA CASADEMUNT" LOYALTY PROGRAMME.

1.    OBJECT

 

These terms and conditions regulate the operation of the LOLA& YOU BY LOLA CASADEMUNT loyalty programme (the "Club"), managed by LOLA CASADEMUNT, S.L. ("LOLA CASADEMUNT"), with registered office at Calle Goya n.º 48, 28001 Madrid and Tax ID code B-58527680, aimed at customers who make purchases both online at www.lolacasademunt.com (the "Website") and in physical stores.

 

LOLA& YOU BY LOLA CASADEMUNT aims to reward customer loyalty by accumulating points and access to tiered benefits.

 

 

2.    PARTICIPATION

 

Club members will be all individuals over 18 years of age who:

·         Make or have made at least one purchase (online or in a physical store) at LOLA CASADEMUNT.

·         Or subscribe to the brand's official newsletter.

 

Inclusion in the Club is automatic and does not require additional registration. Your participation implies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

 

3.    WELCOME POINTS ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER PROFILE

 

New customers:

·         15 points when registering for the first time

·         10 additional points for downloading the digital wallet

 

Current customers (registered before the Club launch):

·         25 loyalty welcome points

·         10 additional points for downloading the digital wallet

 

 

4.    ACCUMULATING POINTS

 

Customers accumulate loyalty points for purchases made both on the Website and in physical stores:

·         For every €1 spent (including VAT), 1 point is added.

 

·         On the customer's birthday, 15 extra points are automatically added as a special bonus.

·         Accumulated points can be consulted at any time:

o   In the "My account" section of the website.

 

o   In the digital card of the mobile wallet.

 

Important:

Points are credited 30 days after purchase, after the return period has expired.

If an order is returned in whole or in part, the corresponding points will be deducted to prevent fraudulent use of rewards.

Points redeemed for a discount must be used in full on a single purchase. If the value of the discount exceeds the amount of the purchase, the difference will be lost and cannot be used for future purchases or claimed at a later date.

 

5.    REDEEMING POINTS AND REWARDS

 

Customers will be able to redeem their accumulated points for discounts on future purchases, according to the following tiered system:

·         With 500 points, a €25 discount reward is automatically generated.

 

·         If the customer decides to continue accumulating points, the reward will be greater:

o   600 points: €30 discount.

o   700 points: €35 discount.

o   800 points: €40 discount.

 

And so on, each additional 100 points increases the reward by €5.

 

Once the discount is used, the points counter will be reset to zero, starting a new accumulation cycle.

Terms of use:

-          Discounts are valid for online and in-store purchases.

-          They cannot be accumulated or redeemed for cash.

-          Discounts must be used only once. If the amount of the discount exceeds the value of the purchase, the difference will be non-refundable and non-reusable.

 

 

6.    HIGH LOYALTY BENEFIT

 

When a customer accumulates 12,000 points, they will be entitled to an exclusive benefit:

·         Invitation for two to a LOLA CASADEMUNT fashion show, with accommodation included.

·         If they live in Spain: the transfer for two people is also included.

 

This benefit is granted only once per customer, is personal and non-transferable, and is subject to availability and specific terms that will be communicated in advance.

 

7.    WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION

 

The customer can withdraw from the Club from their account on the website or by writing to rgpd@lolacasademunt.com.

 

LOLA CASADEMUNT reserves the right to cancel the participation of a user in case of fraudulent use of the system.

 

 

8.    MODIFICATIONS

 

LOLA CASADEMUNT may modify these rules or how the Club operates by giving prior notification on the Website or by email.

 

 

9.    SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF LOLA&YOU BY LOLA CASADEMUNT

 

LOLA CASADEMUNT reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the loyalty programme at any time, giving at least thirty (30) calendar days' notice.

 

In the event of definitive cancellation, customers will have the same period of time to redeem the points accumulated to date.

 

 

10.  DATA PROTECTION

 

LOLA CASADEMUNT will process the personal data of customers in order to send them commercial communications about its products and services, as well as information about events related to the world of fashion and to manage their participation in the LOLA& YOU BY LOLA CASADEMUNT programme, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDDD).

 

Customers are informed that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, limitation and portability by sending an email to rgpd@lolacasademunt.com enclosing a copy of their identification document.

11.  APPLICABLE LAW

 

These rules are governed by Spanish law.

Both parties expressly submit any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or application of these rules to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona, waiving any other applicable jurisdiction.
