If you suspect that a website or a social media profile is selling counterfeits or copies of our products, we invite you to read the following tips:

Authorized Points of Sale do not hide. If you cannot identify the seller behind a webpage (if you cannot find references to the company or person's name, address, or contact details), there is a high risk that you have found a company or person selling counterfeits.

Abusive terms of sale. Counterfeiters generally also impose abusive or illegal terms of sale, which do not offer any guarantee on their products. Please keep your consumer rights in mind if you suspect you are dealing with abusive terms of sale.

Consider the value of our products. Keep in mind that there is generally a large difference between the price offered by counterfeiters and that of our Authorized Points of Sale, and of course, this also implies a high risk that the product you receive will be of low quality.
