At LOLA CASADEMUNT, we partner with third-party service providers that we have contracted on a case by case basis and that, to provide said service, may need to have access to your personal data. Nonetheless, they will process this data with all the legally required guarantees, following our instructions, and will have signed a data protection contract under which we require them to process the data exclusively for the agreed-upon purposes, to implement the proper technical and organisational measures and to delete and return the data at the end of the service, among other requirements.

We also use data processors in software resources under the framework of the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement.

At LOLA CASADEMUNT we follow strict criteria for selecting third-party service providers in order to comply with our data protection obligations.
