Can I return a product after having purchased it?
Yes. All items can be returned (except for evening handbags and garments and earrings) as long as they have not be worn, are in perfect condition and have their corresponding receipt/invoice and the original packaging. We will refund you the price of the item in the same payment method used once we receive it.
How can I return an item purchased online?
For a home exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating:

Once the item has been received in our warehouse and we've reviewed the product, we will return the amount paid using the payment method used when making the order, within a period of 3 to 5 business days.
